Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Sign-in: your email address and chosen language
• Budget records: what you enter yourself (date, description, amount, currency, category, payment type, note)
• Automatically: access logs, browser information, cookies (keeping you signed in, language, ads)

We do not collect card or bank account numbers. Please do not put them in notes either.

2. Why we use it

To sign you in, run the budget features, improve the service and prevent abuse. Expense notes you type may be sent to an AI processor (Anthropic) to organize them.

3. Retention and deletion

If you ask to delete your account, we delete it and your records without delay. Information we are legally required to keep is kept only for that period.

4. Processors

• Supabase: account and data storage (Singapore region)
• Vercel: website hosting
• Resend: sign-in emails
• Anthropic: organizing expense notes (AI)
• Google AdSense: ads on calculator pages

5. Ads and cookies

The currency, compound and calculator pages may show Google AdSense ads, and Google may use cookies to personalize them. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings. We do not show ads inside the signed-in budget.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information at any time.
